  • Add tofu and saute for about 4 minutes, stirring often, until tofu starts to brown. And thanks for including some of mine! Bashing tomatoes, chilli, sugar and shallots together in a pestle and mortar helps to bring out the flavours for a delicious no-cook pasta sauce.
